Membership Application Process

If you wish to apply for a membership, please complete a “New Registration” application on our online membership management system, we will receive your request for processing. Once we’ve confirmed your request you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an annual PayPal subscription payment request (This is your annual membership fee, your membership will only officially become active once this is paid). Please note you may be contacted by one of our committee members while we review your application.

Please have your vehicle detail ready when registering (including VIN and ENG numbers) you’ll need them to complete your application.

We user admidio to manage members information and store details required by VIC Roads Club Permit Scheme. Members will be able to log in and see their profile and Vehicle details. All information provide is confidential and only used for club related communication and Vic Roads records.

Membership info

  • All membership applications are reviewed by the committee for eligibility.
  • All new membership applications are for Associate Membership. To apply for a full membership there is a minimum of 2 year associate membership tenure as a prerequisite.
  • Associate members are eligible for club permits under our membership.
  • Annual fees are $45 (with no additional joining fees) and include one vehicle under the club permit scheme.
  • Additional vehicles may incur additional annual fees.
  • Fees are renewed annually and are valid for 12 months. 
  • Fees and Fee Renewals are sent electronically through PayPal Subscriptions.
